Suppose, a child is hungry, you probably have several choices for his favorite food, but what do you do and how do you feel if the child has a disease that makes him always hungry? This condition that mothers and fathers of children with phenylketonuria (PKU) experience every moment and suffer as much as their child. Patients with phenylketonuria (PKU) are not deprived of eating protein-rich foods because of the restrictions imposed by the disease, and they always suffer from hunger.

Depending on their age, children have a strong desire to eat any kind of food, imagine the family of a child who has phenylketonuria and must eat only certain foods for the rest of his life, how can they manage this issue.

Dr. Leila Kamali, Director of Research and Development of Zermakaron Company, pointing out that phenylketonuria is a type of hereditary metabolic disease that causes many hardships to sufferers due to food restrictions and a strict diet, said: Although the disease does not have a definitive cure, timely identification and compliance with related issues can bring a normal life to the sufferers.

Dr. Kamali added: People suffering from this disease cannot choose their favorite foods and the use of foods containing large amounts of phenylalanine severely restricts the intake of other foods and does not provide them with the energy and nutrients they need.

According to academic estimates, one case of phenylketonuria is seen in every 25,000 live births in the world. Also, in the study of mutations in exon 11-10 of the phenylalanine hydroxylase gene in phenylketonuria patients, which was published in the 7th volume of the 25th edition of the Razi Medical Sciences Journal: the frequency of PKU disease in the Iranian population is estimated to be 1 in 3,627 people per live birth, which is due to the high rate of consanguineous marriage in this population.

Also, in another research conducted at Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, in 2013, four cases out of 69,347 live births were discovered through screening. There was a family relationship in 80% of patients. Only 10% of patients were identified by screening in the first week. In the remaining 90%, the most common reason for seeing a doctor was developmental delay. The average age of diagnosis in these patients was one year and seven months.

What is PKU?
The letters P, K and U are respectively taken from the words Phenylketonuria. PKU is one of the genetic diseases that occurs due to the lack of an enzyme in the baby's liver. Because substances called phenylketones are excreted in the urine of these people, that's why the disorder is called phenylketonuria. In this disease, due to the deficiency of the phenylalanine hydroxylase enzyme, the amino acid phenylalanine is not converted into the amino acid tyrosine, and its accumulation in the blood causes growth disorders and mental retardation in children.



PKU was studied for the first time in 1943, and in 1940 it was called phenylketonuria due to the increase of phenylalanine in the blood of these patients. Fortunately, through testing, almost all babies with this condition can be diagnosed and treated at the beginning of birth, in which case they will grow up naturally intelligent.

Dr. Kamali says: Children with PKU are unable to digest and break down the amino acid phenylalanine, which is more or less present in almost all protein foods, due to deficiency or lack of enzymes. Without treating this condition, phenylalanine accumulates in the blood and other tissues of the body and its volume increases, causing brain damage and mental retardation.

Signs and symptoms of PKU
PKU disease does not have obvious symptoms at birth, and the appearance of the baby is healthy in the first weeks of life, but gradually, symptoms such as: delayed growth and development, restlessness, vomiting, skin lesions on the body surface, gray hair without family history, and the unpleasant smell of sweat and urine appear. Over time, the child suffers from mental retardation and is often restless and lively (hyperactive). Also, the child's speaking, sitting and walking are disturbed, and these effects may become permanent.

Diagnosis of PKU
Symptoms of P. who U to 5 and 6 months is misleading. For this reason, doctors make mistakes in diagnosis in many cases. The only and best way to diagnose this disease is to measure the blood phenylalanine concentration of babies at birth. This test should be done 3 to 5 days after birth, because the delay in diagnosing the disease, from the second week onwards, causes damage to the brain.

What foods should people with PKU not eat?
This disease has no medical treatment. But through a proper diet, the level of "phenylalanine" can be kept at a normal level, and therefore, by early diagnosis of the disease (from the third day of birth) and starting to feed the child with special milks for the serum level of "phenylalanine" in the first 12 years of life, between two and six milligrams per deciliter, and after that, you can treat it up to two to 10 milliliters.

کودکان به اقتضای دوره سنی با دیدن هر نوع خوراکی تمایل شدیدی به خوردن آن‌ها دارند، تصور کنید خانواده یک کودک که دچار بیماری فنیل کتونوری بوده و تا پایان عمر باید فقط غذا‌های خاصی را بخورد چطور می‌توانند این موضوع را مدیریت کنند.



دکتر لیلا کمالی مدیر تحقیق و توسعه شرکت زرماکارون با اشاره به این که بیماری فنیل کتونوری از نوع بیماری‌های متابولیک ارثی است که به دلیل محدودیت‌های غذایی و رژیم سخت غذایی، مبتلایان را دچار سختی‌های زیادی می‌کند گفت: بیماری اگرچه درمان قطعی ندارد، اما شناسایی به موقع و رعایت مواردی درخصوص آن می‌تواند، زندگی تا حد زیادی نرمالی را برای مبتلایان به ارمغان بیاورد.



دکتر کمالی افزود: مبتلایان به این بیماری نمی‌توانند مواد غذایی دلخواه خود را انتخاب کنند و استفاده از مواد غذایی حاوی مقادیر زیاد فنیل آلانین، موجب محدودیت شدید دریافت سایر مواد غذایی و تأمین نشدن انرژی و مواد مغذی مورد نیاز آن‌ها می‌شود.



براساس برآورد‌های دانشگاهی در دنیا از هر ۲۵ هزار تولد زنده یک مورد مبتلا به فنیل کتونوری دیده می‌شود. همچنین در پژوهش بررسی جهش‌های اگزون ۱۰-۱۱ژن فنیل آلانین هیدروکسیلاز در بیماران فنیلکتونوری که در شماه ۷ دوره ۲۵ مجله علوم پزشکی رازی منتشر شده: فراوانی بیمـاری PKUدر جمعیت ایرانی ۱در ۳۶۲۷نفـر در هـر تولـد زنده برآورد شده است کـه ایـن فراوانـی بـالا بـه دلیـل میزان بالای ازدواج‌فامیلی در این جمعیت است.



همچنین در پژوهش دیگری که در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان انجام شده، در سال ۱۳۹۱، چهار مورد به ازای ۶۹۳۴۷ تولد زنده به وسیله غربالگری کشف شده است. نسبت‌فامیلی در ۸۰ % بیماران وجود داشت. تنها ۱۰ % بیماران با غربالگری در هفته اول شناسایی شده بودند. در ۹۰ % باقی مانده شایع‌ترین علت مراجعه به پزشک وجود تاخیر تکاملی بوده است. میانگین سن تشخیص در این بیماران یک سال وهفت ماه بوده است.



بیماری PKU چیست؟
حروف P و K و U به ترتیب از کلمات Phenylketonuria گرفته‌شده است. پی کی یو یکی از بیماری‌های ژنتیکی است که به علت کمبود نوعی آنزیم در کبد نوزاد به وجود می‌آید. چون در ادرار این افراد موادی به نام فنیل کتون دفع می‌شود، به همین جهت اختلال را فنیل کتونوری نامیده‌اند. در این بیماری به علت کمبود آنزیم فنیل آلانین هیدروکسیلاز، اسید آمینه فنیل آلانین به اسید آمینه تیروزین تبدیل نمی‌شود و تجمع آن در خون موجب اختلال رشد و عقب ماندگی ذهنی در کودکان می‌شود، البته تشخیص به موقع، رژیم غذایی صحیح زیر نظر متخصص تغذیه و حفظ و تداوم رژیم غذایی در تمام طول عمر در سلامت بیمار بسیار مؤثر است.



PKU برای اولین بار در سال ۱۹۴۳ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و در سال ۱۹۴۰ به علت افزایش فنیل آلانین در خون این بیماران فنیل کتونوریا نام گرفت. خوشبختانه از طریق آزمایش تقریباً می‌توان تمامی نوزادان مبتلا به این عارضه را تشخیص داده و در اوایل تولد به درمان آن‌ها اقدام کرد که در این صورت باهوش طبیعی رشد خواهند کرد.



دکتر کمالی می‌گوید: کودکان مبتلا به پی کی یو به علت نقص یا فقدان آنزیم قادر نیستند اسید آمینه فنیل آلانین را که تقریباً در تمام مواد غذایی پروتئینی کم‌وبیش وجود دارد هضم و تجزیه کنند. بدون درمان این عارضه، فنیل آلانین در خون و سایر بافت‌های بدن انباشته‌شده و حجم آن زیاد می‌شود و باعث صدمات مغزی و عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی می‌شود.



نشانه‌ها و علائم PKU
بیماری PKU در بدو تولد نشانه بارزی ندارد و ظاهر نوزاد در هفته‌های اول زندگی سالم است، اما به تدریج، علائمی مانند: تاخیر در رشد و تکامل، بی‌قراری، استفراغ، ضایعات پوستی در سطح بدن، بور شدن مو‌های سر بدون سابقه خانوادگی و بوی زننده و نامطبوع عرق و ادرار ظاهر می‌شود. با گذشت زمان، کودک دچار عقب ماندگی ذهنی می‌شود و اغلب نا آرام و پرجنب و جوش (بیش فعال) است همچنین صحبت کردن، نشستن و راه رفتن کودک مختل می‌شود و ممکن است این عوارض همیشگی شود.



تشخیص بیماری PKU
علائم بیماری پی. کی. یو تا ۵ و ۶ ماهگی گمراه‌کننده است. به همین دلیل پزشکان در بسیاری از موارد در تشخیص دچار اشتباه می‌شوند. تنها و بهترین راه تشخیص این بیماری، اندازه‌گیری غلظت فنیل آلانین خون نوزادان در بدو تولد است. این آزمایش باید ۳ تا ۵ روز بعد از تولد انجام شود، زیرا تاخیر در تشخیص بیماری، از هفته دوم به بعد، موجب آسیب رسیدن به مغز می‌شود.



مبتلایان به PKU چه مواد غذایی نباید بخورند؟
این بیماری درمان دارویی ندارد. ولی از طریق رژیم مناسب غذایی می‌توان سطح «فنیل آلانین» را در حد نرمال نگه داشت و از این‌رو با تشخیص زودرس بیماری (از روز سوم تولد) و شروع تغذیه کودک با شیر‌های مخصوص سطح سرمی «فنیل آلانین» در ۱۲ سال اول زندگی بین دو تا شش میلی‌گرم در دسی لیتر و بعد از آن تا دو تا ۱۰ میل را می‌توانید درمان کنید.

Zar Group implemented the "Zar Butterfly" campaign in the digital space and social media of Zarmakaroon in order to instill good mood and spread happiness in the society. According to the digital marketing unit of Zermakaron, this campaign was organized on the occasion of World Pasta Day, focusing on the theme "The world needs small joys these days."

The main idea of this campaign was based on the question, what should we do to improve our mood on days when our mood plays a major role in determining the quality of our life? Fortunately, there are simple and small things that make us feel better, things like being kind to others, preparing a delicious meal for the family, texting a friend we haven't heard from for a long time, etc. In the theory of the butterfly effect, it is said that a small and even subtle change can cause big events. By focusing on doing small things, we will be able to experience very big changes over time, things will get better, goodness will flow towards us and finally we will see the miracle of life.

Considering the fact that promoting good deeds is part of Zar Group's mission, on the occasion of World Pasta Day, the think tank of Digital Marketing Unit started a campaign with the aim of promoting and spreading happiness with small deeds under the name Parvaneh Zar and the hashtag #Ethr_Parvaneh_Zar on November 4, 2019 and ended on November 15, 2019.

This campaign was designed for @zarmacaron's Instagram page and Zar's customer club, and a special visual space was considered for publishing content during the campaign. Campaign announcements were made on the official page of Zarmakaroon, Zar customer club, and during the campaign, they were asked to send us their works in the form of photos, audio and short videos and participate in the contest. During the campaign, about 60 related and new contents on the subject of small happiness were published in the form of posts, stories and polls on the Zermakaron page, and in this way, the possibility of attracting the maximum participation of users was provided.

Every day, in the form of a story, suggestions were given to users with related topics such as preparing the family's favorite food, donating masks to people who don't have them, etc., and the publication of such content continued with their interest and desire to do and send their works for the campaign.

From the messages received from users and employees during the campaign, it became clear how much people were able to connect with the campaign topic and showed that we are somewhat close to the desired goal.

According to the topic and goal of the campaign, more than twenty cyberspace influencers joined us in this work and republished the content of the campaign on their personal pages for free and with a humanitarian goal.

The duration of the campaign was considered to be five days, but during the campaign and due to the repeated requests of users to extend the deadline for submitting works, the end date of the campaign was extended until November 15th, and finally, more than 300 works including photos, audio, video on the topic of organizing small family birthday parties due to the spread of the corona disease, preparing food for poor people and working children, preparing food for animals due to the cooling of the weather, surprising joy and gratitude, etc. It was interesting, attractive and impressive that the judges of the works were impressed by the fact that the good things still continue.

اثر پروانه‌ای زرماکارون

گروه زر در راستای القای حال خوب و بسط شادی‌ها در جامعه، پویش «پروانه زر» را در فضای دیجیتال و رسانه‌های اجتماعی زرماکارون اجرا کرد. به گزارش واحد بازاریابی دیجیتال زرماکارون، این پویش با محوریت بر موضوع «دنیای این روزها به شادی های کوچک نیاز دارد» به مناسبت روز جهانی پاستا برگزار گردید.

ایده اصلی این کمپین بر این سوال بود که در روزهایی که حس و حالمان نقش اساسی در تعیین کیفیت زندگیمان دارد، چه کارهایی باید انجام دهیم تا حالمان خوب شود؟ خوشبختانه کارهای ساده و کوچکی هست که با انجامشان حالمان خوب می‌شود، کارهایی مثل مهربانی کردن به دیگران، آماده کردن یک غذای خوشمزه برای خانواده، پیامک به دوستی که زمان زیادی است از او خبر نداریم و… در نظریه‌ی اثر پروانه‌ای، گفته می‌شود که یک تغییر کوچک و حتی نامحسوس، می‌تواند باعث رویدادهای بزرگی شود. با تمرکز بر انجام کارهای کوچک، قادر خواهیم بود که به مرور زمان، تغییرات بسیار بزرگی را تجربه کنیم، همه چیز بهتر می‌شود، خوبی‌ها به سمتمان هجوم می آورد و در نهایت معجزه زندگی را می‌بینیم.

اتاق فکر واحد بازاریابی دیجیتال با توجه به این موضوع که ترویج کارهای نیک بخشی از رسالت گروه زر است، به مناسبت روز جهانی پاستا پویشی را با هدف ترویج و گسترش شادی با کارهای کوچک و با نام پروانه زر و هشتگ #اثر_پروانه_زر از تاریخ ۴ آبان ۹۹ آغاز و در ۱۵ آبان ۹۹ به پایان رسانید.

طراحی این کمپین برای پیج اینستاگرام @zarmacaron و باشگاه مشتریان زر انجام شده و فضای بصری ویژه‌ای برای انتشار محتوا در مدت زمان کمپین در نظر گرفته شد. اطلاع‌رسانی‌های کمپین در پیج رسمی زرماکارون، باشگاه مشتریان زر انجام گرفت و در جریان پویش از آنان خواسته شد آثار خود را در قالب عکس، صدا و فیلم کوتاه برای ما ارسال کرده و در مسابقه شرکت نمایند. در طول کمپین حدود ۶۰ محتوای مرتبط و جدید با موضوع شادی‌های کوچک در قالب پست، استوری و نظرسنجی روی پیج زرماکارون منتشر ‌گردید و از این طریق، ‌امکان جذب مشارکت حداکثری کاربران فراهم شد.

در قالب استوری هر روز پیشنهاداتی با موضوعات مرتبط از قبیل آماده کردن غذای مورد علاقه خانواده، اهدا ماسک به افرادی که ندارند و… به کاربران داده می‌شد که انتشار این قبیل محتواها با علاقه و رغبت آنان به انجام و ارسال آثارشان برای کمپین ادامه پیدا ‌کرد.

از پیام‌هایی که از کاربران و کارکنان در ایام کمپین دریافت شد، این مسئله روشن شد که افراد چقدر توانسته‌اند با موضوع پویش ارتباط برقرار کرده و نشان داد که ما تا حدی به هدف مورد نظر نزدیک شده ایم.

باتوجه به موضوع و هدف کمپین بیش از بیست اینفلوئنسر فضای مجازی در این کار با ما هم قدم شدند و به‌صورت رایگان و با هدفی انسان دوستانه به بازنشر محتوای کمپین در پیج‌های شخصی‌شان اقدام ورزیدند.

طول مدت کمپین پنج روزه در نظر گرفته شده بود که در خلال کمپین و به‌دلیل درخواست‌های مکرر کاربران برای ادامه مهلت ارسال آثار تاریخ اتمام کمپین تا ۱۵ آبان تمدید شد و در نهایت بیش از ۳۰۰ اثر شامل عکس، صدا، ویدئو با موضوع برپایی جشن‌های تولد کوچک خانوادگی با توجه به شیوع بیماری کرونا، تهیه‌ی غذا برای افراد کم بضاعت و کودکان کار، تهیه‌ی غذا برای حیوانات با توجه به سرد شدن هوا، شادی و قدردانی‌های غافلگیرکننده و… دریافت شد که به حق بعضی ازین آثار به قدری جالب، جذاب و تاثیرگذار بود که در بررسی آنها از اینکه هنوز خوبی‌ها ادامه دارد داوران آثار تحت تاثیر قرار گرفتند.

در پایان، با کمک تیم داوری که در آن شماری از افراد صاحب سلیقه در این حوزه حضور داشتند، ۳۰۰ اثر توسط تیم داوری انتخاب گردید و اطلاع‌رسانی آن از طریق باشگاه مشتریان زر انجام شد و به ۳۰۰ نفر پک ویژه محصولات زرماکارون اهدا گردید. شایان ذکر است این کمپین آغاز راهی بر کارهای نیک و ترویج شادی‌ها در جامعه از طرف گروه زر است و این بار ما از شما خواهیم پرسید که زر در این راه برای گسترش شادی‌ها چه کاری انجام دهد. در این مسیر با ما همقدم باشید…

در این راستا، مدیران و کارکنان گروه زر، در ادامه کمپین اثر پروانه، به خیریه یکی هستیم پیوستند تا سهمی کوچک در سهمیه رنگی کردن سفره‌های خانواده‌های نیازمند داشته باشند. ما وظیفه‌ی خود دانستیم که در کنار هموطنان خود باشیم و سفره آن ها را خالی نگذاریم. حدود ۲۰۰۰ بسته ارزاق برای این خانواده‌ها در نظر گرفته شد که با همکاری حامیان ارسال آن‌ها امکان‌پذیر شد.

امیدواریم که در هیچ کجای این جهان، هیچ فرد و کودکی بر اثر نبودن نیاز اولیه مانند خوراک از دنیا نرفته و این چرخه در بین سایر افراد نیز ادامه‌دار باشد. مدیران. کارکنان گروه زر، خود را در غم، شادی و امید یکی می‌دانند. ما همه در مقابل شما یکی هستیم.

ZAR FLOUR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY’S POLICY

احداث مجموعه آرد زر با استفاده از تکنولوژی‌ کشور آلمان، در سال ۱۳۷۲ شروع و این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۷۷ به بهره‌برداری رسید.

اين كارخانه، توليد خود را با استحصال روزانه ۶۰۰ تن انواع آرد ماکارونی، ستاره و سبوس آغاز نمود، سپس به منظور ارتقاء سطح كيفي محصولات در صنعت ماكارونی در سال ۱۳۸۳ برای اولين بار در ايران خط توليد آرد سمولينا را راه‌اندازی نمود.

پس از آن به درخواست واحدهای توليد نان سنگک، توليد آرد كامل را نيز در دستور کار خود قرار داد. در سال ۱۳۸۷ پیرو طرح ملی غنی‌سازی آرد و الزامات دولتی، افزودن غنی‌کننده به آردهای خبازی در برنامه تولید این واحد قرار گرفت و هم‌اکنون آردهای ستاره و سبوس‌گرفته، با نام‌های آرد ستاره غنی‌شده و سبوس گرفته غنی‌شده توزیع می‌شود.

در سال ۱۳۸۹ خط چهارم تولید آرد با تکنولوژی کشور ترکیه راه‌اندازی گردید، همچنین پروژه نصب خط پنج تولید آرد نیز با تكنولوژی مشابه خط چهار انجام گردیده كه با راه‌اندازی آن ظرفیت تولید به روزانه ۱۳۸۰ تن تولید آرد افزایش یافته است. شایان ذكر است تمامی آرد مورد نیاز كارخانه زرماكارون از طریق شركت آرد زر تامین می گردد.
