The center of growth has obtained the permission from vice president of Science and Technology it has started its activities in 1396. This center has been established to expand and promote food industry science so as to increase science and technology at the level of the group which Leads it to improve its goals produce products and services based on knowledge with high added value. Overall, all the activities that are related to innovation from inspiration of ideas to preparation of processes are performed in an internet internal format the results of which is the production of innovative and new products and services.

This center can be considered one of the biggest units of R&B in food industry in the whole country produce many new products for the first time in Iran.

Growth and Innovation Center of Zar Group
The growth and innovation center of Zar Group started its activity in 2016 at the level of Zar Group by obtaining a license from the Vice President of Science and Technology of the country. The purpose of establishing this center is to expand and promote the science of food industry and to synergize science and industry at the Zar Group level in order to advance the lofty goals of the organization and produce knowledge-based products and services with high added value, so that in this center all activities related to innovation, from idea inspiration to prototype preparation, are carried out in an internal organizational format, one of the results of which is the production of innovative and new products and services.

This center can be considered as one of the largest research and development units in the food industry of the whole country, and its achievement is the production of dozens of new products for the first time in Iran.



Among the most important activities of this center:
1. Concluding memorandums of understanding and carrying out national research projects with government organizations (Food and Drug Organization Research Center, Standard Research Institute and University Growth Centers) in order to advance and update the laws of the country, communication between universities and industry, benefiting and supporting the projects of researchers, researchers, students and close cooperation with academic centers of the country, such as the National Nutrition Research Institute

از آنجایی که پژوهش به عنوان اساسی‌ترین نیاز هر جامعه‌ای برای رسیدن به پیشرفت و توسعه شناخته می‌شود، قدرت هر شرکتی نیز مبتنی بر پژوهش‌های مستدل، دقیق و تولید علم استوار است؛ از این رو سطح فعالیت‌های پژوهشی (به عنوان مثال تألیف کتاب) یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی توسعه و پیشرفت آن شرکت به شمار می‌‏رود.

پژوهشگران مجرب گروه زر با هدف شناخت بیشتر از علوم روز دنیا، اشتراک و ترویج دانش، مطرح شدن در جوامع ملی و بین‌المللی و ... اقدام به تالیف و چاپ کتاب در برترین انتشارات ایران و دنیا نموده‌‏اند. این تالیفات با نگاهی نو به حوزه‏‌های غلات، آرد، نشاسته، انواع فرآورده‏‌های پاستا، شیرین‌کننده‌‏ها، فناوری‏‌های نوین تولید، تغذیه، انکپسولاسیون و ... توجه بسیاری از متخصصین صنایع مختلف را بیش از پیش به خود جلب نموده است.

گروه زر، در حال حاضر به بیش از ۸۰ کشور جهان در قاره‌های متفاوت به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم صادرات دارد و برای ۱۰ سال متوالی صادر کننده برتر کشور انتخاب شده است و جوایز مختلفی را در طی سالیان اخیر کسب کرده است.

مرکز رشد و نوآوری گروه زر با اخذ مجوز از معاونت علمی فناوری ریاست جمهوری کشور فعالیت خود را در سال ۱۳۹۶ در سطح گروه زر آغاز نمود. هدف از ایجاد این مرکز، گسترش و ترویج علوم صنایع غذایی و به منظور هم‌افزایی علم و صنعت در سطح گروه زر در جهت پیشبرد اهداف متعالی سازمان و تولید محصولات و خدمات مبتنی بر دانش با ارزش افزوده بالا می‌باشد به‌طوریکه دراین مرکز تمام فعالیت‌های مربوط به نوآوری از الهام ایده تا آماده کردن پروتوتایپ در قالبی درون سازمانی انجام می‌شود که یکی از نتایج آن تولید محصولات و خدمات نوآورانه و جدید می‌باشد.

این مرکز را می‌توان یکی از بزرگترین واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه در صنایع غذایی کل کشور دانست که دستاورد آن، تولید ده‌ها محصول جدید برای اولین بار در ایران است.



از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های این مرکز:
۱. انعقاد تفاهم نامه و انجام طرح‌های پژوهشی ملی با سازمان‌های دولتی (مرکز تحقیقات سازمان غذا و دارو، پژوهشگاه استاندارد و مراکز رشد دانشگاه‌ها) در جهت پیشبرد و به‌روزرسانی قوانین کشور، ارتباط بین دانشگاه و صنعت، بهره‌مندی و حمایت از طرح‌های پژوهشگران، محققان، دانشجویان و همکاری نزدیک با مراکز آکادمیک کشور، نظیر انستیتو تحقیقات تغذیه‌ای کشور

### مرکز رشد و نوآوری گروه زر

مرکز رشد و نوآوری گروه زر با اخذ مجوز از معاونت علمی فناوری ریاست جمهوری کشور، فعالیت خود را در سال ۱۳۹۶ در سطح گروه زر آغاز کرد. هدف از ایجاد این مرکز، گسترش و ترویج علوم صنایع غذایی، به منظور هم‌افزایی علم و صنعت در سطح گروه زر در جهت پیشبرد اهداف متعالی سازمان و تولید محصولات و خدمات مبتنی بر دانش با ارزش افزوده‌ی بالا است. به‌‌طوری که دراین مرکز تمام فعالیت‌های مربوط به نوآوری از الهام ایده، تا آماده کردن پیش‌نمونه در قالبی درون‌سازمانی انجام می‌شود که یکی از نتایج آن تولید محصولات و خدمات نوآورانه و جدید است.

این مرکز را می‌توان یکی از بزرگترین واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه در صنایع غذایی کل کشور دانست که دستاورد آن تولید ده‌ها محصول جدید برای اولین بار در ایران است.

ZAR FLOUR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY’S POLICY

احداث مجموعه آرد زر با استفاده از تکنولوژی‌ کشور آلمان، در سال ۱۳۷۲ شروع و این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۷۷ به بهره‌برداری رسید.

اين كارخانه، توليد خود را با استحصال روزانه ۶۰۰ تن انواع آرد ماکارونی، ستاره و سبوس آغاز نمود، سپس به منظور ارتقاء سطح كيفي محصولات در صنعت ماكارونی در سال ۱۳۸۳ برای اولين بار در ايران خط توليد آرد سمولينا را راه‌اندازی نمود.

پس از آن به درخواست واحدهای توليد نان سنگک، توليد آرد كامل را نيز در دستور کار خود قرار داد. در سال ۱۳۸۷ پیرو طرح ملی غنی‌سازی آرد و الزامات دولتی، افزودن غنی‌کننده به آردهای خبازی در برنامه تولید این واحد قرار گرفت و هم‌اکنون آردهای ستاره و سبوس‌گرفته، با نام‌های آرد ستاره غنی‌شده و سبوس گرفته غنی‌شده توزیع می‌شود.

در سال ۱۳۸۹ خط چهارم تولید آرد با تکنولوژی کشور ترکیه راه‌اندازی گردید، همچنین پروژه نصب خط پنج تولید آرد نیز با تكنولوژی مشابه خط چهار انجام گردیده كه با راه‌اندازی آن ظرفیت تولید به روزانه ۱۳۸۰ تن تولید آرد افزایش یافته است. شایان ذكر است تمامی آرد مورد نیاز كارخانه زرماكارون از طریق شركت آرد زر تامین می گردد.

احداث مجموعه آرد زر با استفاده ازبهترین تکنولوژی‌ها، در سال ۱۳۷۲ شروع و این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۷۷ به بهره‌برداری رسید. شرکت ‌آرد‌ زر‌ در‌ زمینه‌ تولید ‌و ‌بهره‌گیری ‌از ‌آرد ‌سمولینا ‌در‌ صنعت‌ پاستا ‌پیشتاز ‌بوده ‌است.

آرد سمولینا از گندم دوروم به دست می‌آید و بهترین آرد برای تولید انواع پاستا است.
