ZAR FLOUR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY’S POLICY

احداث مجموعه آرد زر با استفاده از تکنولوژی‌ کشور آلمان، در سال ۱۳۷۲ شروع و این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۷۷ به بهره‌برداری رسید.

اين كارخانه، توليد خود را با استحصال روزانه ۶۰۰ تن انواع آرد ماکارونی، ستاره و سبوس آغاز نمود، سپس به منظور ارتقاء سطح كيفي محصولات در صنعت ماكارونی در سال ۱۳۸۳ برای اولين بار در ايران خط توليد آرد سمولينا را راه‌اندازی نمود.

پس از آن به درخواست واحدهای توليد نان سنگک، توليد آرد كامل را نيز در دستور کار خود قرار داد. در سال ۱۳۸۷ پیرو طرح ملی غنی‌سازی آرد و الزامات دولتی، افزودن غنی‌کننده به آردهای خبازی در برنامه تولید این واحد قرار گرفت و هم‌اکنون آردهای ستاره و سبوس‌گرفته، با نام‌های آرد ستاره غنی‌شده و سبوس گرفته غنی‌شده توزیع می‌شود.

در سال ۱۳۸۹ خط چهارم تولید آرد با تکنولوژی کشور ترکیه راه‌اندازی گردید، همچنین پروژه نصب خط پنج تولید آرد نیز با تكنولوژی مشابه خط چهار انجام گردیده كه با راه‌اندازی آن ظرفیت تولید به روزانه ۱۳۸۰ تن تولید آرد افزایش یافته است. شایان ذكر است تمامی آرد مورد نیاز كارخانه زرماكارون از طریق شركت آرد زر تامین می گردد.

احداث مجموعه آرد زر با استفاده ازبهترین تکنولوژی‌ها، در سال ۱۳۷۲ شروع و این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۷۷ به بهره‌برداری رسید. شرکت ‌آرد‌ زر‌ در‌ زمینه‌ تولید ‌و ‌بهره‌گیری ‌از ‌آرد ‌سمولینا ‌در‌ صنعت‌ پاستا ‌پیشتاز ‌بوده ‌است.

آرد سمولینا از گندم دوروم به دست می‌آید و بهترین آرد برای تولید انواع پاستا است.

گروه زر با اعتماد به توانمندی‌های کشور پهناور ایران و به پشتوانه سال‌ها حضور موثر مدیرانش در عرصه‌های تولیدی و صنعتی، زیرساخت خود را در سال ۱۳۷۲ پایه‌ریزی نمود و فعالیتش در صنعت را از سال ۱۳۷۷ آغاز کرد.

این گروه در سال ۱۳۸۰ برای اولین بار در ایران خطوط تولید آرد سمولینا را راه‏‌اندازی کرد و همزمان با توسعه‌ی کارخانه آرد، در سال ۱۳۸۴ دست به احداث واحد تولیدی پاستا زد و توانست با تولید محصولاتی باکیفیت، سهم موثری در بازارهای داخلی کسب کند. به نحوی که طی ۵ سال، ظرفیت تولید خود را همراه با افزایش تعداد خطوط، به میزان قابل توجهی ارتقاء داد.

گروه زر در حال حاضر با قرار گرفتن در جایگاه نخست صنعت پاستای ایران، بزرگترین صادرکننده انواع ماکارونی در کشور ‌‏است و توانسته است با ایجاد فضای رقابتی در صنعت، به عنوان اولین تولیدکننده انواع ماکارونی و پاستا با آرد سمولینا در ایران، نقش مهمی در ارتقاء کیفیت تولیدات داخلی ایفا کند.
